Preparation steps

1.

Peel the limes and oranges, cut into slices, and add into a pot along with ½ bunch of mint. Pour 500 ml (approximately 2½ cups) of water, add the lemon peel, vanilla sugar, ginger and cloves, and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour the lime soup through a sieve, take out the orange slices from the sieve, and refrigerate the soup for 2 hours with orange slices.

Peel the star fruit and cut into slices. Peel the papaya and cut into wedges.

3.

Take out the cape gooseberries from the cover. Pour the lime soup into plates, add the star fruit, papaya and cape gooseberries into it, and garnish with mint leaves.
