Preparation steps

Rinse and drain the berries. Rinse the orange under hot water, finely grate, and squeeze the juice. Add the grape juice, orange juice, 1 teaspoon of orange zest, 100 g (approximately 3 1/2 ounces) of sugar, the spices, slit vanilla bean, and berries to a saucepan. Simmer gently for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the remaining sugar, and remove the spices.
