Preparation steps

1.

Halve the granadillas and scrape out the pulp with the seeds. Pass through a sieve and let the pulp boil with the orange juice, lime juice, sugar and honey about 10 minutes until syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool.

2.

For the sauce chop the chocolate and place in a pot. Rinse the chiles, trim, remove seeds and chop finely. Add the chiles and cream to the chocolate and let chocolate melt while stirring over low heat. Remove from heat.

3.

For the skewers peel the pineapple, quarter, remove core and cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Peel the papaya, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Rinse the strawberries, trim and place with the remaining fruit alternately on skewers (about 12 pieces). Brush with syrup and cook until golden brown on the grill while turning, about 5 minutes. Every now and then sprinkle with the syrup.

4.

Place the skewers on plates, drizzle with the chocolate-chile sauce and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
