Preparation steps

1.

Peel grapefruit with a sharp knife, remove all pith and cut segments into fillets along the inner skins. Reserve juice and any fruit residue.

2.

Add sherry, grapefruit segments, grapefruit juice and powdered sugar to a pot. Heat slowly. Do not boil. Divide grapefruit segments between warmed glasses. Pour in liquid. Garnish with green pepper clusters.
