4 pink Grapefruit
200 grams cream cheese
4 sprigs Lemon balm

Preparation steps

1.

Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until pale yellow. Remove immediately from pan and mix with honey in a small bowl.

2.

Thoroughly peel grapefruits and remove white skin. Cut one grapefruit into thin slices. Separate segments of remaining grapefruits, collecting juice when possible. Place slices and segments of grapefruit on 4 plates. Drizzle with juice and top with cream cheese. Add sesame honey and garnish with lemon balm to serve.
