500 grams Peas (frozen)
2 onions
2 Tbsps butter
1 milliliter Vegetable broth (or chicken stock)
200 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 sprig parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw peas. Peel onions and chop finely. Melt butter in a saucepan, saute onions until translucent. Add peas, mix, add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes until soft. Add cream and then puree with an immersion blender.

Depending on the desired consistency, add a little broth or boil down slightly and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and cut into fine strips.

4.

Pour soup into deep plates, serve if desired with a little freshly ground pepper and garnished with parsley.
