Preparation steps

Rinse the salmon, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the zucchini, trim, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 1-2 cm (approximately 1/2 to 1-inch) thick pieces. Rinse bell peppers, trim and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Thread prepared ingredients alternately on 8-12 wooden skewers. Brush with the oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on an aluminum pan on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until golden brown, about 8 minutes.

Remove from the grill and arranged on plates. Serve drizzled with the lemon juice.
