Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the figs. Rinse, quarter, remove the core, and cut the Asian pear into large pieces. Peel the mango, remove the seed, and cut the fruit into large pieces. Remove the melon from the rind, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse, halve, and seed the apricots. Skewer the fruit, alternating different types onto 8 skewers that have been soaked in water. Cook on a hot grill for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Mix together the honey, lime juice, and cinnamon. Drizzle the skewers with the lime-honey mixture.
