2 Tbsps chopped mint
3 Tbsps chopped cilantro
1 chili pepper
3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Rinse under running water and dab dry.

Wash the chile pepper, slit open lengthwise, deseed and remove all the white inner ribs, then dice very finely. Mix the chile with the mint, coriander, lemon juice, and sesame oil and marinate the shrimp in the mixture for 30 minutes.

3.

Place the shrimp on an oiled grill rack and grill over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes each side, brushing with the remaining marinade and seasoning lightly with salt.
