3 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
8 Tbsps olive oil
½ bunch Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fish, pat dry and rub with lemon juice. Lightly season with salt. For marinade, peel garlic and press through a garlic press into a bowl. Stir in vinegar, mustard, and oil.

Pour marinade over salmon and marinate about 1/2 hour, turning frequently.

Place salmon steaks on a hot charcoal grill. Cook, turning, about 6 minutes. Rinse dill, shake dry and finely chop. Sprinkle fish with dill before serving.
