600 grams Salmon (skinless)
2 Tbsps Raspberry vinegar
2 tsps honey
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Halve salmon fillet lengthwise and cut crosswise into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick slices. Whisk vinegar with honey and oil, season with salt and pepper and coat salmon with the marinade.

Thread salmon on skewers.

Place skewers on an oiled grate of medium hot grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

If desired, arrange on lettuce and serve.
