- For the skewers
- 800 grams Salmon
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- For the pasta
- 250 grams green Pasta
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp soybean oil
- 6 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- scallions (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cut salmon fillets into 12 pieces and mix with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon ginger and oil. Marinate 10 minutes. Thread onto skewers and cook on the preheated grill for about 6 minutes.

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Sauté the remaining 1 tablespoon of ginger in 1 teaspoon oil and deglaze with soy sauce. Add sugar to taste and mix with the drained pasta. Transfer to plates and garnish with sesame seeds and scallion strips. Place the salmon skewers on top and serve.
