4 Blood sausages
150 grams acid Whipped cream

1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse potatoes and cook until tender in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Strip corn from cob and boil in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and corn. Coat with oil and season with salt and pepper. Brown on a preheated grill. Leave corn on grill for about 5 minutes. Leave potatoes on grill for about 10 minutes. Add sausages to grill and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and mustard until smooth and season with lemon juice and salt.

Serve sausages with corn, potatoes and sauce.
