- 8 King prawn (ready to cook)
- ¼ Pineapple (cut into 8 bite-sized pieces)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Basil
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Skewer one prawn and one piece of pineapple onto each of 8 wooden skewers.

Mix the basil with the oil and season with sea salt and ground black pepper. Brush the oil over the skewers and cook on the hot barbecue for 4-5 minutes.
