1 small onion
1 small Apple
½ tsp Cumin (ground)
1 Tbsp sweet Chili sauce
1 egg
3 Tbsps breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
4 Hamburger bun
Lettuce (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and finely chop. Peel apple, cut into quarters, cut out core and grate finely.

Mix ground lamb with onion and apple in a bowl. Add cumin, chili sauce, egg, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper to taste. Mix with hands until well combined. Divide the mixture into quarters and shape each into a large patty.

3.

Brush the patties on both sides with oil and grill for 5-7 minutes (depending on thickness) on each side. Place each patty in a hamburger bun, garnish with lettuce and serve.
