- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 2 ozs black Olives
- 2 Anchovy fillet
- 4 caperberry
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 egg
- 10 ozs Ground beef (or mixed beef and turkey)
- salt
- peppers
- 2 slices white bread (day-old)
Preparation steps

Grease baking dish with a little oil.

Rinse and dry peppers, cut off lids and remove seeds and ribs. Peel garlic and shallot, chop finely. Pat dry olives, anchovies and capers and chop finely. Combine everything with garlic, shallot, oregano and egg in a bowl, add ground meat. Season with salt and pepper and stuff peppers with the mixture. Arrange peppers in a baking pan. Crumble bread in a food processor and sprinkle stuffing with them, drizzle with a little oil. Replace lids and bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
