Preparation steps

1.

Peel and halve the avocados. Remove the seeds, and finely mash the pulp with a fork. Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse and trim the chili. Cut the chili in half, then finely dice.

Mix the onion and chili into the avocado. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips.
