- 1 large Apple (about 100 grams)
- ½ slice Whole Wheat Bread (about 25 grams)
- 1 tsp Cream cheese (13% fat) (with herbs)
- ½ slice cooked ham (about 15 grams)
- ½ slice mild Cheese (eg, Butter cheese)

1 Citrus juicer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Apple corer, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, dry and core the apple.
2.
Cut apple and the lemon in half. Squeeze lemon juice on the cut apple surfaces to prevent browning.
3.
Coat the bread coat on one side with half of the cream cheese and place the ham on top.
4.
Spread the other side of the bread with remaining cream cheese, put the cheese slice on the bread and place the bread on an apple half. Place the remaining apple half on top.
