Preparation steps

1.
Slice the bagels in half horizontally.
2.
Slice the Brie or Camembert cheese.
3.
To assemble: layer ham, cheese, tomatoes and arugula on the bottom of each bagel slice. Season with salt and pepper. Divide between serving plates and place remaining bagel half on top of layers. Serve.
