50 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)

1 tsp Baking powder

Preparation steps

Peel the asparagus and cook for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Rinse in cold water, drain and cut into thin pieces. Dice prosciutto into very small pieces. Add both to a bowl and mix with the crème fraîche, butter, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to cheese mixture and knead to a smooth dough.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Put the dough on the work surface, divide into about 20 pieces and roll out into small bars. Place on the baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg white. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve.
