- 4 handfuls mixed Fresh herbs (such as flowering oregano, rosemary, thyme)
- 1 organic Orange
- 5 garlic cloves
- 4 Arctic Chars (each about 300 grams, ready to cook)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps fennel seeds
- 400 grams coarse salt
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C convection.

Rinse herbs and shake dry. Rinse orange in hot water and wipe dry. Peel orange zest and squeeze juice. Peel garlic and cut into slices.
