- 4 trout (each about 280 grams)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley, dill)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 125 grams button Mushroom
- 2 scallions
- 40 grams softened butter
- 2 tsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse trout and pat dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season inside and out with salt and pepper.

Rinse herbs, shake dry and chop leaves finely. Peel garlic.
3.
Clean and thinly slice mushrooms. Rinse scallions and slice into thin rings. Combine scallions and mushrooms in a bowl. Press garlic through a garlic press.
4.
Add softened butter and herbs to the mushrooms and mix well, seasoning with salt and pepper. Fill prepared trout with mushroom mixture and close with toothpicks.
5.
Brush stuffed trout with oil and lightly grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
