- 400 grams Pastry flour
- ½ cube Yeast
- ¼ l lukewarm milk
- 50 grams butter
- 2 bunches parsley
- 1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Fat
Preparation steps

Pour flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Dissolve yeast in another bowl with sugar and half of milk, pour yeast mixture into the well, dust with a little flour from the edge, cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Melt butter, add to the bowl and beat everything with a dough hook of an electric mixer until bread dough releases from the edge of the bowl. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Rinse herbs, chop finely, add to the bowl and mix. Grease a loaf pan with butter and dust with a little flour. Whisk egg yolk in a bowl. Shape bread dough into a loaf and place in prepared pan, brush with egg yolk and dust with flour. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 35 minutes. Let cool well before cutting.
