Preparation steps

Grind 1/4 portion of the hazelnuts into a fine texture. Coarsely chop the rest. Toast the hazelnuts in a dry skillet until fragrant and golden. In a bowl, combine the hazelnuts with the softened butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Make sure it is well blended
