3 Tbsps Sesame seeds
3 Tbsps Almond flour
2 Tbsps liquid Coconut oil

6 ozs Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsps butter
3 ozs cream cheese
2 Tbsps half and half cream (or almond milk)
ground paprika

1 Grater, 1 Cutting board, 1 Whisk

Preparation steps

1.

Place the seeds with almond flour in a bowl, pour 1/2 cup of hot water over them and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Then add coconut oil, season with salt, and mix everything.
Preheat the oven to 350°F

Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread it out about 1/4th-inch thin. Bake the cracker mixture in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Then take out, let cool down for 10 minutes and break the crackers into pieces.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese. Melt butter in a pot at low heat. Stir in cheese and melt on low heat. Stir continuously untll melted and combined.

Add the cream cheese and mix carefully. Pour in the half and half or almond milk and stir until combined. Season cheese dip with salt, pepper, and paprika powder and remove from heat. Pour the cheese dip into a dip tray and serve with the keto crackers.

Hi. In the Preparation steps... Step 4 Pour on the Milk. Where is Milk specified in the Ingredients???
