- ¼ tsp Vanilla powder (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- 2 Tbsps Hemp seeds
- 5 tsps Almond flour
- 1 oz Shredded coconut
- 2 tsps flaxseed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 oz almonds
- 2 ozs fresh Blackberry (alternatively frozen and thawed)
- 2 Tbsps Almond butter
- 1 tsp Sunflower seed
- 1 tsp Pumpkin seed

Preparation steps

Heat almond drink and vanilla powder in a pot. Mix hemp seeds, almond flour, grated coconut, flaxseed, and salt. Leave to swell over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, chop almonds. Wash, sort and dab dry the blackberries.
3.
Pour keto-porridge in bowls and garnish with chopped almonds, blackberries, almond butter, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
