1 handful Lettuce (such as Lollo rossa and Lollo bionda)
4 Kiwi
100 grams cream cheese
1 tsp bold Mustard (5 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut bread slices in half diagonally. Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Mix cream cheese with mustard and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse chives and shake dry. Spread 2 slices of bread with cream cheese and top with lettuce, kiwi slices, chives and turkey. Arrange remaining bread slices on top and serve.
