4 fresh Halibut fillet (175 g | 6 oz each)
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
2 tsps fresh cilantro
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried Basil
¼ tsp Dried rosemary
1 fresh lemon (halved and sliced; for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse halibut under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Place halibut in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. Coat the halibut in marinade, cover and chill in the refrigerator for for about 3 hours.

Set up grill for direct grilling and preheat to medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate.

Grill fillets for 5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
4.
Arrange grilled fillets on serving plates and garnish with lemon slices and herb sprigs. Serve.
