Nutritional values

The lentils score points with some of the ingredients: Vegetable protein is in the pulses, which we need for the new formation of cells and messenger substances. With 130 milligrams of magnesium per 100 grams of lentils, they strengthen our nerves and our brain. In addition, a high iron content is necessary for healthy blood formation and satiating fibre.

You can serve freshly baked wholemeal spelt rolls with the stew with lentils and wieners. For vegetarians, leave out the wieners or replace them with a soy variant.
