- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 ozs olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and puree in a blender (or a tall glass with an immersion blender) with the broth, egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar.
