Preparation steps

Rinse asparagus and wild asparagus and remove woody ends. Add green asparagus in a pot of boiling salted water with sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice and cook for about 10 minutes, reduce heat. Add wild asparagus and cook together for another 1-2 minutes until al dente. Drain and let cool until room temperature.

Mix oil in a bowl with remaining lemon juice. Rinse strawberries and cut into quarters. Serve asparagus together on plates, pour lemon juice mixture dressing over and serve garnished with pink peppercorns and Parmesan.
