Nutritional values

This recipe is full of a variety of nutrients including potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin E. The banana naturally adds flavor to these popsicles without any refined sugars. Additionally, the mangos are also a great source of beta-carotene, which is great for vision, especially night vision.

When buying a mango, it is important to consider this: A ripe mango has an aromatic-fruity smell and gives way at the slightest touch.
