- 8 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 200 milliliters dry white wine
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Peel the shallots, and cut into thin rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the parsley, remove the leaves, and finely chop. Mix the shallots, garlic, and parsley with the lemon juice, white wine, and olive oil. Season to taste with pepper. Marinate any fish you intend on grilling for 2 hours in the marinade.
