Salt, cayenne pepper
500 grams yellow paprika
4-6 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch parsley
1 Lime
1 tsp Black cumin seeds

Preparation steps

Rinse zucchini, trim ends and cut into slices. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 10 minutes. Rinse bell peppers, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Sauté zucchini and bell peppers in a little oil. Rinse parsley, pat dry, pluck leaves and chop.

Zest lime and squeeze juice. Reserve some lime juice. Mix zest, juice and black cumin seeds with zucchini and bell peppers and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and remaining lime juice. Garnish with parsley before serving.
