- 2 green Cardamom
- 3 cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- ⅛ inch ginger (sliced thin)
- 3 black peppercorns
- 2 ⅔ cups water
- 1 Tbsp Black tea
- 2 Tbsps honey
- ½ cup half and half cream
Preparation steps
1.
In a small sauce pan, bring to a boil the first 6 ingredients. Remove from heat and allow to steep 7-8 minutes.

Add the tea leaves and bring to a boil again. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the honey and half and half. Stir.
3.
Using strainer divide between glasses. Garnish each glass with a cardamom pod, if desired. Serve immediately.
