2 Tbsps honey (plus more)

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, cloves, and star anise to a boil with 17 ounces of water. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.

2.

Remove from the heat, add the tea, and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain into glasses. heat the milk, and divide into the glasses. Stir in the honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
