400 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, cloves, star anise, and 600 ml (approximately 20 ounces) of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes. Add the tea, and steep for 3 minutes.

2.

Strain and divide into glasses. Heat the milk and froth with a whisk or milk frother, then divide into the glasses with the tea. Season to taste with honey, and garnish with the cinnamon.
