Nutritional values

Green beans offer a true all-round package of minerals and vitamins - especially dehydrating potassium and valuable B vitamins. Sesame provides a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids: balm for blood vessels and heart. The tiny seeds also bring concentrated power - lots of calcium, magnesium and zinc. Sesame is therefore rightly considered a mineral miracle with a top effect on bones, heart and immune defense.

If you get some, you should use the Asian noodles in the whole-grain variety, because these provide more fiber and thus make you full even longer.

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and chop ginger and garlic. Knead minced meat with ginger, garlic and oat flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Form about 20-24 small balls from the meat mixture and roll in the sesame seeds.

2.

Clean and wash the green beans. Wash chili peppers, cut them into rings, removing the seeds.

3.

Cook pasta according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Then drain in a colander and let drain.

4.

Heat ghee in a frying pan. Fry the balls over medium heat in 2 portions for about 10 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

5.

Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok. Stir-fry beans and chilies in it for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Add noodles, stir-fry, continue to sauté for 2-3 minutes and deglaze with soy sauce.

6.

Wash cilantro, shake dry and pluck leaves. Arrange noodles in bowls, arrange meatballs on top and garnish with cilantro.
