- 400 grams Orecchiette pasta
- salt
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 grams black, pitted Olives
- 2 Anchovy fillet
- 1 tsp Caper
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams Zucchini
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 red and green Bell pepper
- 1 shallot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in plenty of salt water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Mix with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Drain the olives and anchovies. Mash the olives, anchovies and capers with 5 tablespoons of oil in a blender. Season with pepper. Rinse and coarsely grate the zucchini.

Rinse and chop the tomatoes. Rinse and chop the peppers into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Mix the pasta, vegetables, and olive paste in a large bowl. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
