400 grams Orecchiette pasta

150 grams black, pitted Olives
2 Anchovy fillet
1 tsp Caper

150 grams Zucchini
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 red and green Bell pepper
1 shallot
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in plenty of salt water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Mix with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Drain the olives and anchovies. Mash the olives, anchovies and capers with 5 tablespoons of oil in a blender. Season with pepper. Rinse and coarsely grate the zucchini.
