1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

Separate the eggs for the dough. Combine wheat flour and buckwheat flour. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and stir with the melted butter, egg yolk and salt into the flour, allow to stand for about 20 minutes in a warm place. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in before baking the dough.

2.

Heat some butter in a pan, put in a tablespoon of batter and cook until golden brown on each side for 1-2 minutes. On each pancake put a small dab of sour cream and some mackerel. Serve garnished with dill.
