Preparation steps

1.

Remove the top of the pineapple, leaving the leaves and stem intact. Peel the pineapple in a spiral pattern.

2.

Cut downward on an angle, cutting out wedge shaped channels in the fruit.

3.

Remove the core from the pineapple. Arrange the cut fruit on a large plate, then top the pineapple with the reserved stem and leaves.

4.

Rinse the strawberries and grapes. Remove the grapes from the vine. Transfer the strawberries and grapes to the platter with the pineapple.
