150 grams Mascarpone
1 Tbsp Pine nuts
1 Tbsp Pumpkin seed
2 Tbsps Walnut
2 Tbsps almonds
3 Tbsps honey (such as acacia honey)
1 pinch ground Cardamom
1 ⅕ kilograms mixed Fruit (such as apricots, peaches, cherries or lychees)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix yogurt with mascarpone. Toast seeds and nuts in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Chop nuts and mix with honey and cardamom. Stir into yogurt.

Rinse apricots and peaches, cut in half, remove pits and cut into quarters or bite-sized pieces. Rinse cherries and allow to drain. Peel lychees. Mix fruit and lemon juice in a bowl. Arrange fruit on plates and serve with yogurt on the side.
