300 grams mixed Lettuce
80 grams soybean sprout
60 grams Alfalfa sprouts
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
juice of a lemons
salt
freshly ground peppers
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Trim and rinse the lettuce and cut into strips. Rinse the bean sprouts in a colander under boiling water and drain. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, remove the stalks and cut into slices. 

Mix the bean sprouts and the tomatoes with the lettuce.

2.

For the dressing, combine the lemon juice with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the salad with the dressing and serve garnished with alfalfa sprouts.
