- 200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as frisée, arugula)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Beet
- 200 grams Smoked mackerel
- 100 grams Sour cream
- splash lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps scallions
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and drain lettuce.

Hard boil the eggs, let cool, peel and cut into quarters.

Soak the beet for approximately 30 minutes. Then rinse, peel and cut into thin strips or slices.
4.
Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Distribute lettuce on plates. Place the eggs and smoked mackerel on top and sprinkle with sliced beets. Drizzle with oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives and sour cream on the side.
