1 Pot, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 großer Pot, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Wooden spoon

Preparation steps

Gently melt 2 tbsp butter in the cream. Simmer on the lowest heat and reduce to half. Season with salt and ground black pepper and stir in the basil.

Boil sufficient salt water and blanche the asparagus for 10-15 minutes. Remove the asparagus with a draining spoon and add the pasta to the boiling water. If necessary add some more water. Bring to the boil and add some more salt. Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
3.
Mix the pasta with 1 tbsp butter and mix with the asparagus. Arrange on preheated plates, drizzle with the basil sauce and serve immediately.
