- 1 kilogram small button Mushroom
- 2 red onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)))
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
Preparation steps

Clean the mushrooms.

Peel the onions and cut into wedges.
3.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
4.
Cook the mushrooms in oil, add the garlic, and sauté briefly. Add the balsamic vinegar, cover, and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with the parsley.
