Preparation steps

1.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove from the pan and let cool.

Pat the anchovy dry. Coarsely chop the olives. Add with the pine nuts, parsley, olive oil, anchovies, and goat cheese in a blender.

Puree, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve in a large bowl or several small bowls.
