2 Tbsps mineral water
2 Tbsps Kefir (or buttermilk)
2 Tbsps Dill
2 Tbsps scallions
1 Tbsp Canola oil
1 bunch Cress

Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Distribute the slices on two plates and sprinkle with salt. Cut the salmon into cubes.

Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add the water and kefir, then fold in the dill and chives. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Pour in the egg mixture and allow to thicken over low heat. Sprinkle with diced salmon and watercress. Fold the omelet in half, finish cooking, then remove from the pan. Cut in half and arrange on the cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
