Nutritional values

Mushrooms contain a lot of protein and that is why they are also called "meat of the forest". They are low in fat, rich in water and give provitamin D, which is necessary in the body for the mineralization of bones. Cheese provides a lot of calcium. This mineral is not only important for the skeleton and muscles, but also essential for burning fat.

It is best to use organic minced meat, because it has a more favorable fatty acid composition than conventionally produced meat.
