2 green chili peppers
½ tsp Chili powder
2 Tbsps finely chopped cilantro
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp crushed Cumin
7 Tbsps Chickpea flour
1 pinch salt
4 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and thinly slice the onions. Rinse the chile peppers, remove the ribs and seeds and chop finely. Toss the onions and chile peppers with the chili powder, cilantro, lemon juice and crushed cumin seeds.

Add the chickpea flour and about 2 tablespoons of water to the onion mixture and mix well.

Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan. Scoop the onion mixture by the teaspoonful into the hot oil and cook until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels, season with salt and serve immediately.
